This video was shot at a “beyond the comfort zone” activity held at the SKG Forum in May 2009. Students took on the role of teachers, and vice versa, in order to obtain new perspectives on the design of learning spaces for given pedagogies. In this clip, a student talks about her design of a classroom to support enquiry based learning.

This video was shot at the SKG Forum in May 2009. This student is reporting to the plenary session about the outcomes of a breakout session entitled “The Corners of our Minds – how should we be using eddy spaces”, facilitated by Rob Bienvenu from Kneeler Design Architects. So called ‘eddy spaces’ are those strange nooks and crannies in corridors and lobbies that are often overlooked as informal learning spaces in tertiary institutions.
